Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by User

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the event date will receive a full refund, minus any strict non-refundable processing fees. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

2. Cancellation by Venue

In the rare event that a venue is forced to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be issued a 100% full refund immediately.

3. Processing Time

Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days of cancellation approval.
